
Our Story
Chef Sonia Frazier is a talented culinary artist whose work is deeply rooted in her mother's love for cooking. In 2012, she founded Garden of Soul Food, a Miami-based catering company that specializes in Seafood and Soul food-inspired dishes.
She has taken her daughters Jada Jefferson & Tatianna Davis under her wing and they have developed cooking skills that helped to feed not only themselves but the community as well.
Her commitment to the community is evident, particularly during the pandemic, when she collaborated with major foundations to provide 1,000 meals daily to vulnerable seniors and residents. This impactful work garnered recognition from local media, including Channel 10 News.
Beyond her catering services, Chef Sonia leads the Garden of Soul Food Community Development Corp, supporting local schools and organizations. Her culinary excellence has earned her numerous awards and accolades from both celebrities and government officials, solidifying her reputation as a dedicated chef and community advocate.
